You may not use Publane to violate laws or third-party rights, distribute harmful or deceptive material, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, scrape the platform, or develop a competing service through automated extraction.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Publane a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use submitted content.

AI-generated output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to output produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

Connected platforms

Third-party integrations are also governed by the third party's terms. Features may change or stop working when a platform changes its API, permissions, or policies.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service. You may stop using Publane at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Publane does not guarantee specific audience growth, campaign performance, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Publane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
